Time Horizon and Clothing Conditions
All RATBIN purchases are eligible for exchanges and returns for 30 days following the delivery of the order. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. RATBIN reserves the right to issue partial or no refund/exchange for items not in their original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Exchanges:

All domestic RATBIN orders are eligible for one free size exchange. 

Email support@ratbin.com with the subject "order #(your number) exchange" to begin the exchange process. 

International orders and orders placed outside of the continental US must pay return shipping on exchanges.


Refunds (if applicable)

All refunds are subject to a $7.99 shipping and restocking fee.

Email support@ratbin.com with the subject "order #(your number) return" to begin the return process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, less the $7.99 shipping and restocking fee.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
